Call-back is a very popular service in many countries of the world because it doesn't require any investment in hardware, can be used with any existing phones (both landline and mobile) and can be activated within minutes. FullDuplex is one of the leading players on the telecom markets in number of regions enabling its partners to provide various call-back services in their home countries.
There are several call-back services
Using a dedicated access number scenario (FullDuplex calls this service “Call-back with dedicated access number”)
This service can be provided in any county worldwide. Every account is assigned its own dedicated access number. The call-back number of the customer should be entered to the platform by the agent manually.
How does Call-back with dedicated access number work?
1. Dial the access number issued to you when you signed up. The access number is an 11-digit number in UK like 44-207-xxx-xxxx. You will need to dial the prefix required to place an international phone call and then dial the access number. You may dial the access number from any phone, but our network will call you back to the call-back number that you provided when you signed up.
2. As soon as our network identifies your call you will get disconnected. The access number will not ring. Hang up.
3. Within a few seconds the switch will call you back automatically. Answer the call and enter your destination number. Enter the number you wish to call in the following order: country code + area code or city code + number. Do not enter any prefixes. (Make sure you are using a touch-tone phone).
Using CLI (or ANI) identification. (Fullduplex calls this service “CLI Callback”)
This service can be provided in the countries where the local telephone networks do not mask the CLI (Caller Line Identification), that is do not mask the phone number from which the access number has been dialed.
How does CLI Call-back work?
1. Dial the global access number. You will need to dial the prefix required to place an international phone call and then dial the access number.
2. As soon as our network identifies the phone number from which you are calling the call will be disconnected.
3. Within a few seconds the switch will call you back automatically to the phone number from which you have dialled the global access number. Answer the call and enter your pin code. If the pin code is valid then you will be prompted to enter your destination number. Enter the number you wish to call in the following order: country code + area code or city code + number. Do not enter any prefixes. (Make sure you are using a touch-tone phone).
